• Orders with pre-order and in-stock items will not ship until all items are available.

• No returns or cancellations once the order is placed.

• To report missing or damaged items, you must take an unboxing video upon opening your package.

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Claims without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
